This tool is used to fix the permissions on user work areas in a Windows environment, in bulk, with features such as using the %foldername% variable to apply permissions for users whose username matches the folder name.
The original installer required .net framework V1.1, which can be tiresome to install on a newer OS.
This is simply a zip of the original application files extracted from an install, so install is not necessary, meaning the check for .net 1.1 doesn't take place.

Minimum Requirements
Officially, Windows 2000, XP or Server 2003. In testing, any version of Windows with any version of .net installed.
